Managing the school finances is made so much easier because we use Education Services Ltd. They provide monthly Financial Management Reports that enable you and your Board of Trustees to monitor the income and expenditure for each month, track spending against the budget, note items of significance and compare actual available funds against budgeted available funds. These reports are set out so they are easy to understand - no accounting skills necessary!

ESL also provides ‘Ed Cloud’ so you can access all your financial reports, spending and history of account payments. This is great when you’re looking for something specific and you want the most up-to-date reflection of it. You can adjust the time frame of what you search for, and search by creditors as well, which makes looking for a specific transaction that much easier.

The team at Education Services are always at the end of the phone to answer questions and clarify things. The guidance and advice that I have received from Steven and the Education Services team is second to none.

Being experts in school accounting systems goes beyond just keeping good records. The team works with so many schools covering the vast range of types, sizes and structures that they can offer trusted and tested advice to support the financial direction of a school. One of the main differences between Education Services and other financial advisors is the focus on the learning, “What will be the outcome for the students?”

The ability to question, query or seek advice at anytime is invaluable for both myself and my office manager, but once again, Education Services surpasses these expectations by also training our Board of Trustees into asking the right questions and showing the areas where the lights need to be shone.

Roseneath School has been using Education Services Limited for our finance function since 2017. Prior to that the finance function was done in house and was very time consuming.
