Kelly Parkinson - Regional Manager
Starting in the New Plymouth office in 2001 to process creditors, Kelly advanced to Client Officer for a few years before moving to join the team in Rotorua as a Manager in 2006. After leaving in 2008 to gain experience in senior finance roles, Kelly returned back to the Rotorua office in 2019 as a part time administrator and was promoted to Manager in May 2022. Kelly holds a Bachelor in Information Systems and has extensive knowledge in financial reporting and accounting systems. Away from work, Kelly loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Michelle Judd - Manager
Michelle Started with our team in 2003. Michelle came from an office back ground and after her children started High school and Intermediate joined ESL moving from being a Client Officer to Manager. Outside of work Michelle runs a small Airbnb on her property, enjoys knitting and sewing for her grandchildren, baking and trying to keep her husband’s Border collie dog out of the house which is a losing battle.
Liam McBreen - Manager
Liam joined Education Services’ Hamilton branch in 2020 as a client officer and after 3 years shifted across to the Rotorua branch when he was appointed manager. Liam studied at Victoria University in Wellington and the University of Waikato where he graduated with a Masters in Professional Writing. Liam enjoys getting outdoors either swimming or surfing and spending time with friends and family.
Kelly Bathe-Taylor - Client Officer
Kelly joined Team Rotorua in October 2005 as our receptionist and then advanced to a Client Officer role, currently responsible for 12 clients. Kelly’s main purpose it to provide clients with an accurate and efficient monthly accounting service. Outside of work Kelly spends time with her partner and two boys and can often be found on the side lines at touch, soccer or futsal. Kelly is also on the BOT at her sons primary school and leads the finance committee.
Vivienne Leslie - Client Officer
Vivienne joined our team mid 2006. Her prior experience includes secretarial and banking services. Viv has built up a great working relationships with all her clients and enjoys the day to day contacts. Viv’s sense of humour has bought about much laughter within the office and client events.

Shirley den Boer - Client Officer
Shirley joined Team Rotorua in July 2008 after a background of administration for accountants and also administration for a kindergarten. She thoroughly enjoys being a Client Officer and enjoys the work and building great relationships with her clients. She has developed a valuable amount of knowledge over the 15 years+ at Education Services.
Trish Ashworth - Client Officer
Trish joined Team Rotorua July 2012 after returning to Rotorua from Whakatane. Trish’s prior experience included working in a Whakatane School as Office Manager and has a banking back ground. Outside of work Trish loves spending time with family and friends.
Nikki Heath - Client Officer
Nikki joined the Rotorua Team in September 2013, after spending over 20 years working in the banking industry. Nikki works part time and outside of work enjoys Pilates, walking, mountain biking and spending time with family and friends.
Vaishali Morarji - Client Officer
Vaishali Joined the Rotorua Education Services team in 2022, after Graduating with a Bachelor of Business Studies. As a client officer Vaishali has a portfolio of 16 clients, in this role she is enjoying growing her knowledge base around education finance. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking and reading.
Rosarine Dutt - Administration Officer
Rosarine joined the Rotorua Team in May 2021 after years working in accounts and administration in both Fiji and New Zealand. Rosarine performs creditor processing duties, asset register maintenance as well as working with her own clients monthly financial reports and client visits. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Hollie Carson - Administration Officer
Hollie joined our team in January 2024. She has a background in Hospitality, Administration, Postal delivery, and also owned a Doggy day care here in Rotorua for 2 years between July 2018 – November 2020. Hollie performs administration and creditor processing duties. In her spare time she loves to be out in her garden or spending time with her daughter, partner and 2 English Bull terriers.
