Mubina Merchant - Regional Manager
Mubina joined Education Services in June 2015 as a Client Officer, Hamilton. She became a Manager in June 2017 at the Hamilton office and then in January 2019 has been appointed as the Regional Manager of our Lower Hutt office. Prior to joining Education Services, Mubina She worked with Inland Revenue for 14 years in various positions. She emigrated from India in the year 2000. Her qualifications are Bachelors in Accountancy and Finance, and Diplomas in Finance and Computer Programming. She knows the importance of self management and time management due to managing her two very busy sporty kids who are into rowing and soccer. She loves adventurous activities.
Manisha Magan – Manager
Manisha joined Education Services in June 2019, after having time at home with her young son. Manisha is a chartered accountant and spent 8 years in auditing for firms including auditing schools, in Rotorua and Hamilton. Prior to her career break, Manisha worked for an accounting firm in Lower Hutt doing compliance work.
Outside of work, Manisha loves to travel, but now is more likely to be found spending time with her family and going for adventures with her husband and son – at the moment they love the Zoo.

Andrea Rodgers - Client Officer
Andrea came to the company in July 2001 from a sole charge office position, which has given her a good grounding in all things accounts related. Andrea is responsible for over 20 clients and also performs a key role regarding training and quality control. Andrea's outgoing personality and sense of humour make her contribution to the team second to none. At home Andrea enjoys craft work and reading.
Kendra Smith – Client Officer
Kendra joined Education services in August 2022 working as a full-time Client Officer. After completing school she worked in the retail industry and felt it was time for a change. She quite enjoyed accounting at school so is looking forward working with the Lower Hutt team.
Outside of work Kendra enjoys walking the dog, baking and spending time with family & friends.

Carmela Enriquez – Client Officer
Carmela joined the team as a client officer in January 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in May of 2022 in the Philippines before moving to New Zealand. Back in college, she was a member of an ushering and touring organization which has allowed her to share the beauty of her university to different people. Carmela enjoys calm and serene places, as well as watching dramas in her free time.
Heather Moore – Client Officer
Heather joined the team as a full time client officer in March 2023. She has an administration background spanning nearly 40 years in various organizations and places, in between raising 4 (now adult) children. She has lived in Auckland, Palmerston North, Christchurch and Motueka before moving to Wellington in 2005.
When not at work Heather equally loves to catch up with family and friends, or relax at home with a book, a jigsaw, or a knitting project. Holidays will find her climbing up mountains (latest “conquest” the Greenstone Valley and Routeburn Tracks in January 2023) or visiting family overseas.

Anita Nolan – Client Officer
Anita Nolan brings over 25 years of accounts experience from within a range of sectors. As a part time Administration Officer, she is starting out supporting the staff at the Lower Hutt Office. She has two teenage children who she enjoys spending time with. She also enjoys a variety of crafts, reading and being in nature.
Paula Barrington – Client Officer
Paula joined the team as a full time client officer in September 2023. She has an accounting and administration background of over 40 years in a variety of businesses and sectors, mainly in Auckland. A move to rural Hawke’s Bay 10 years ago, followed by a move to Lower Hutt this year. Paula has a teenage daughter, and enjoys reading, tramping and spending time with family and friends.
Natalie Thomson – Client Officer
Natalie joined the Education Services team in March 2024.
She was born in Christchurch and although she moved to Wellington when she was 5, she still supports the Crusaders.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys hosting get together for family & friends, quiz nights, social lawn bowls and weekends away. Now that the World has opened up, she hopes to be able to travel a bit more.

Julie Morris – Administration Officer
Julie started with the company in October 2017, working part time as our Administration officer. Julie has 2 school aged children. Julie has joined our team as after taking a break to look after her children, Julie has 12 years of experience working in the banking industry. As a family we enjoy Upper Hutt's bush walks.
Irene Mason – Administration Officer
Irene has come to Education Services after working 28 years at St Oran’s College as an accounts officer. Prior to having children she worked at the Treasury. Irene grew up in Tawa but has lived in the Hutt Valley for most of her adult life. She has two adult children, a daughter who lives in Auckland and a son who lives at home.
Irene enjoys getting out for walks, gardening, reading and catching up with friends.

Craig Anderson - Chief Information Officer/Associate General Manager
Craig started with Education Services in January 1993, coming to the firm after graduating from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accountancy. Learning the ropes as a client officer for 12 months, Craig then took up the challenge of opening an office in Lower Hutt. With more than 15 years experience in financial reporting for the education sector Craig's key to success is having great staff around him, and a comprehensive understanding of the sometimes complicated Education Financial Reporting requirements. While not at work Craig enjoys doing triathlons, mountain biking and DIY.
Jason Firth - IT Administration Officer
Jason completed a Diploma in information technology at Weltec – majoring in programming. He has been working in our IT department since 2018. In his spare time he likes to read, explore new areas with his partner and catch up on his favourite TV shows.
Callum Frederikson - IT Administration Officer
After moving back from Saudi Arabia in 2013, Callum started his studying spree, from Pre-Police all the way to Physiology. Ultimately, his studying led him to IT which he finished in July 2021. Callum has multiple interests, he enjoys his movies/games and loves spending his Wednesdays at quiz nights with his friends.
