Education Services have provided us with peace of mind over our finances. Their processes are transparent and assist us to ensue we can track our spending at all times.
I have appreciated the regular reports. These have enabled each of our budget holders to learn how to control and manage their dimension of the budget. The quality, and the level, of current documentation which is provided in a timely fashion for each Bot meeting monthly is assisting us all to be active members of the whole school team. We are all engaged in overseeing our spending, and setting the budget lines each annual round with increasing understanding and confidence.
As a principal I have appreciated the advice and regular updates as well as ongoing discussion which has seen all of us at Board level able to make the most of the meagre funds we have allocated under the guise of the Operations Grant.
The other dimension which I have found outstanding is Steve's teams absolute lack of financial jargon, when responding to any of our queries. This has ensured as a layperson I have become increasingly upskilled and confident about articulating in more depth about our finances.

Our relationship means we have more time to dedicate ourselves to engaging with our 21st century learners in the joys of seeing them aspire to fulfil their educational opportunities and achievements.
