Whittaker Regional Manager
Steve’s role is to manage the Rotorua Office, which provides a direct link to client schools from Turangi in the South to Auckland in the North. Key areas of his focus include delivering professional, cost effective and proven financial services, developing effective relationships with client schools and to further grow Education Services name and business within this region. He is also responsible for the preparation of client Annual Financial Statements. Steve is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Ian Shorter Regional Manager
I started my working career in Wellington in 1979 and during this time I studied part time for my BCA and ACA qualifications in Management and Accountancy .
I have extensive Financial and Management experience gained over 20 plus years in various roles including being a Cost and Management Accountant , owning our own Franchise Business , and holding the role as Group Financial Controller in a large property company in Tauranga.
Tanya my wife and I reside in Mount Maunganui and our two sons have completed their secondary schooling and are well on their way towards achieving their respective goals in the construction industry.
One of my personal goals as the Regional Manager for the Bay of Plenty and Taupo districts will be to strive towards achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction for our clients. I am also sure that the Team here in our Rotorua Regional Office also consider this objective as important as Steve Whittaker and I do at the Rotorua Branch of Education Services Ltd.

Michelle Judd Manager
Michelle joined the firm in 2003 and is an integral part of Team Rotorua. Michelle is responsible for the delivery of client’s monthly financial reports, which includes processing receipts and payments, SUE Reports, Bank Statement Reconciliation, completing and filing GST Returns and client visits. Michelle’s other main responsibility is to oversee the asset register maintenance for the office.

Adrian Edwards Manager
Adrian joined our team in January 2006 and has quickly developed into a Management role. Adrian is responsible for the delivery of client’s monthly financial reports, which includes processing receipts and payments, SUE Reports, Bank Statement Reconciliation, completing and filing GST Returns and client visits.

Julie Whittaker Team Leader
Julie is a foundation member of Education Services Rotorua Office. Julie's role is to provide support to the managers, provide leadership, support and to co-ordinate the Rotorua office day to day activities. She is responsible for the delivery of client's monthly financial reports, which includes processing receipts and payments, SUE Reports, Bank Statement Reconciliations and completing and filing GST Returns. Julie also assists with the year-end Annual Financial Statements preparation.

Kelly Bathe-Taylor Senior Client Accounts Officer
Kelly joined Team Rotorua in October 2005 as our receptionist. Kelly has quickly evolved into a valued member of the team with individual responsibility for 20 plus clients. Specific duties include processing receipts and payments, SUE Reports, Bank Statement Reconciliation and completing and filing GST Returns.

Vivienne Leslie Client Accounts Officer
Vivienne joined our team mid 2006. Her prior experience includes secretarial and banking services. Viv's positive attitude and work ethic has seen Viv quickly evolved into a valued member of the team with individual responsibility for clients. Specific duties include processing receipts and payments, SUE Reports, Bank Statement Reconciliation and completing and filing GST Returns.

Hilary Christmas Client Accounts Officer
Hilary joined the team in June 2007 after working in a local Rotorua School as Executive Officer. This experience gives her a great grounding in all aspects of education finance management. Hilary is looking forward to growing her client portfolio and meeting her valued clients.

Rachel Badger Client Accounts Officer
Rachel Badger joined the team in May 2007. Rachel assists the client officers with the inputting of high transaction volumes, including the payroll information.

Laura joined the team in June 2007 and will be your first point of contact, either by phone or when calling into the office. Laura’s specific duties include processing receipts and payments, SUE Reports, Bank Statement Reconciliation and completing and filing GST Returns.

Sharmaine joined our team in 2006 and has grown into her role providing vital assistance in the data entry and creditors processing areas. Her prior experience included school office secretarial and Board of Trustees support.

Shirley started with us in July 2008 and is growing into her role providing vital assistance in the data entry and creditors processing areas. Shirley has spent several years as administrator for a local kindergarten.

Ann Nield – Data Entry Operator
Ann joined Team Rotorua in August 2008 and is growing into her role providing vital assistance in the data entry and creditors processing. Ann comes to us from Ngongotaha School where she spent nine years as Librarian.
